My name is Marc Prefontaine and I am based in Santa Cruz, CA and service Santa Cruz County and the San Francisco Bay Area. I have been an action sports based photographer since 2004 and worked for O’Neill Wetsuits as their marketing manager and staff photographer from 2001-2020. In addition to working with O’Neill, I’ve had the pleasure to work with many leading action sports brands such as Nike, Volcom, Electric, Billabong, etc.

In 2014, I obtained my Real Estate license and felt that my photography could be an asset with my own clients as well as a chance to develop relationships with listing agents by providing photography services. My Real Estate work includes single family homes, apartments, rental properties, Airbnb’s, contractor portfolios, and before & after project shoots. My method of using natural light mixed with flash allows me to work quickly and efficiently delivering bright and professional photos.

Real estate Photography FAQ:

• Booking is first come, first serve.

• Each shoot takes about an hour to two hours depending on size. 

• All photos are MLS compatable.

• You can expect your photos within 24-48 hours of your appointment

• I have Supra eKey access homes with Supra iBox since I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent CalBRE# 01962372.

• I prefer Venmo but also accept checks and Zelle.
